Perhaps you’ve noticed feelings of isolation, anxiety, loneliness, apathy, rumination, depression, uncertainty about the future and feeling lost. You may have lost your job, feel trapped at home, lonely or overwhelmed by others who might be sharing your space. I am here to provide support and guidance during this difficult and unexpected experience. 

Finding the Right Therapist

With so many therapists in Los Angeles, it can be a daunting process to find one that is right for you. Developing a safe and comfortable relationship where you feel free to express yourself, I believe, is where the most change and growth occurs.   I invite you to contact me to:

  • Schedule an 10-15 minute complimentary phone consultation.

  • During this time we can begin to unpack challenges, questions and concerns impacting your current life.

  • From there I will share more about my practice and answer any questions you may have about the therapeutic process.

  • This initial contact provides us the opportunity to determine if I may be helpful to you.

If we determine that another therapist may better suit you, I will provide you with referrals for you to contact.  I have developed a large referral network of clinicians in Los Angeles, and pride myself on helping people find connection. And if we decide to move forward, the next step will be scheduling an initial session. Sessions are 1-2x per week and last 45-50 minutes. In addition, I also provide Psychoanalysis.
