Do you take insurance?

If you are covered by insurance and have out-of-network benefits (PPO) for mental health care, you would 1) pay in full at time of session, and then 2) I would provide you a monthly statement (called a Super Bill) of the sessions you attended to submit to your health care provider to receive retroactive reimbursement in the mail. It might be helpful to contact your insurance carrier to find out what they reimburse for mental health services.

What if I have to cancel?

I recommend any upcoming interruptions to treatment be discussed in session at least one week in advance. If cancellation is made less than a week before upcoming session, you may avoid being charged the full-fee by rescheduling with in the week of the missed session, or the following week in addition to the next weekly session. Those who enter analytic treatment ( 3+ x per week who begin on or after March 1, 2022) are responsible for all sessions when I am in office with limited exceptions.

How much does it cost?

I find it important and meaningful to discuss finances together during the consultation and initial session.

What type of payment do you accept?

I accept cash, check, or Zelle. If using a credit card is needed, we can make special arrangements.

I am a clinician & would like support.

In addition to providing therapy I also conduct clinical consultations, weekly supervision and will be starting a consultation + supervision group for newly licensed clinicians in 2024. Please reach out to inquire about any of these services.
